These Terms of Service govern your use of the AI SEO Malaysia website (aiseomalaysia.my) and our AI SEO consulting services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

AI SEO Malaysia provides AI search optimization consulting services including but not limited to AI visibility audits, Google Business Profile optimization, content optimization, entity management, review strategy, and monthly reporting. Services are provided as described in the agreed service package.

Service Delivery

  • AI visibility audits are typically delivered within 48 hours of receiving all required information
  • Monthly reporting is delivered within 5 business days of each reporting period end
  • Content deliverables follow the schedule agreed in the service package
  • We reserve the right to adjust delivery timelines if client-side delays occur

Payment Terms

  • Service packages are billed monthly in advance
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

Client Responsibilities

To enable effective service delivery, clients must:

  • Provide accurate business information and access to required platforms (GBP, GA4, website)
  • Respond to information requests within reasonable timeframes
  • Not engage in practices that violate AI platform or search engine guidelines
  • Provide timely feedback on deliverables

Results Disclaimer

AI SEO Malaysia does not guarantee specific rankings, citations, or recommendations in AI platform responses. AI platforms are non-deterministic and responses vary by query, location, and time. We measure and report on visibility trends, citation frequency, and referral traffic — not specific ranking positions.

Intellectual Property

Content created by AI SEO Malaysia for client use becomes the client's property upon full payment. Our proprietary tools (including BrandPeek), methodologies, and internal processes remain the intellectual property of AI SEO Malaysia.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, strategies, audit findings, and competitive intelligence.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. There is no lock-in contract. Upon termination, client retains all content and deliverables produced up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

AI SEO Malaysia's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
